The Meteorbs<\/strong> were a sub-line within the “MOTU Vintage” collection, a kind of egg-meteorites that can transform into beasts.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

The scale and style of these pieces is quite different from the rest of the MOTU figures and they do not appear to be part of the same toy line.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

We are in the year 1986 and “Masters of the Universe” is losing steam, Mattel sees how its sales are falling and the toy company Hasbro is succeeding with its new Transformers line, and a little desperate, Mattel decides to include these transformable figures as part of its star line.<\/p>\n\n

<\/p>\n\n

A total of 10 Meteorbs were released, 5 for the good guys and 5 for the villains. This is the list of all the figures:<\/p>\n\n
