Pugnacious Penguin is part of the "Series 3" figures in the Battle Beast collection. All figures in this collection have an assigned number, in this case "75." Both the figure and its weapon have this number embedded somewhere on the piece.
These rubber humanoid animal figures have a sticker that, when rubbed with your finger, reveals one of three elements: fire, water, or wood. This creates a kind of "Rock, Paper, Scissors" game.
This figure is one of the most difficult to find in the collection, especially with its weapon, as it breaks very easily.
