Vegeta is one of the main characters in the Dragon Ball Z series. He is the prince of the Saiyans, a man as proud as he is powerful. Although he is initially presented to us as a villain, he ends up joining forces with Goku and his companions to defeat the evil Frieza, and from that point onward, he switches to the side of the heroes.
