Xanatos is a billionaire owner and CEO of Xanatos Enterprise. He is the person who managed to break Magus' spell and thus awaken the gargoyles from their slumber.
This version is the same figure as the Xanatos from the first wave (1995), with a change in the color of the armor.
There are no known variants of this figure, although depending on the place of distribution, there may be slight differences in the blister card.
