Electro, whose real name is Maxwell "Max" Dillon, is a Marvel Comics villain known for his ability to manipulate and generate electricity. Created by Stan Lee and Steve Ditko, he made his first appearance in "The Amazing Spider-Man" #9 in 1964.
Maxwell Dillon was an ordinary electrician until an accident during a thunderstorm gave him the power to control electricity, transforming him into the supervillain Electro.
Electro has the ability to generate high-powered electrical discharges, control electrical circuits, and is virtually invulnerable to the effects of his own energy.
