This figure is part of the collection“Bravestarr” produced by MATTEL in 1986, these figures are based on the characters of the animated series with the same name.
This figure is the same as the basic Bravestarr Marshal figure with the addition of the Heroic Laser Backpack accessory.
The laser accessories are battery operated, and through infrared light can “shoot” each other and activate other accessories with laser functionality, many of them come with a reflective target for target practice.
Bravestarr figures were noticeably larger than many other toy lines of the time, such as He-Man or G.I. Joe action figures, which made them stand out for their size. In addition, BraveStarr figures included multiple points of articulation and various accessories that complemented their futuristic, Old West-style features.
The collection was sold in different countries, so we can find boxes in different languages.
