The Coil Force sub-line, launched in 1996, consists of a mini-collection of four figures featuring the Turtles with a more muscular appearance.
Its most distinctive feature is a system of joints linked by springs, which, when a limb is stretched and released, allows the spring force to bring it back with a movement that simulates a blow.
This spring-loaded action mech was inspired by Takara’s Ronin Warrior line of figures, also distributed in America by Playmates.
