The Mutant Masters sub-line was launched in 1997 and is one of the latest waves of the vintage Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles (TMNT) collection.
These figures stand out for their ability to transform from the classic Ninja Turtles appearance to a version inspired by the anime superheroes.
They were marketed in two types of packaging: in Japan they were sold in boxes, while in the rest of the world they used the traditional cardboard format with plastic bubble wrap.
Mutant Masters are difficult pieces to obtain in the collection, especially in complete condition, as they include a large number of accessories.
