In this case we find a wind-up toy depicting Goku riding on the iconic Flying Nimbus. The cloud is equipped with wheels on its base and a recoil mechanism: pulling it backwards activates a system that makes the toy move forward on its own, recreating the effect of Goku taking to the skies.
Like the rest of the products released by Epoch at that time, this piece has a great value among collectors.
