The STARDUSTER (v1) action figure was initially introduced as a mail-in exclusive.
This vintage G.I. Joe figure was first available through G.I.Joe Action Stars Cereal.
Subsequently, from 1986 to 1988, Starduster was offered via mail-in promotions from Hasbro Direct.
The figure was part of the G.I. Joe collection until its discontinuation in 1991.
Several distinct variants of the Starduster (v1) exist, each featuring changes to certain molded parts of the figure.
Version A: features a Recondo torso combined with a Recondo waist.
Version B: utilizes a Duke torso paired with a Recondo waist.
Version C: is identified by its Duke torso and an Iceberg waist.
Additional some variations related to accessories and date stamps also exist.
