This figure is part of the "Bravestarr" collection produced by MATTEL in 1986, these figures are based on the characters of the animated series of the same name.
The Bravestarr figures were noticeably larger than many other toy lines of the time, such as the He-Man or G.I. Joe action figures, making them stand out for their size. Thunder Stick is a character in the BraveStarr series, known for being a villain with a focus on violence and combat.
