This figure is part of the Dragon Ball GT series, the latest wave of the "Super Battle Collection." Today, Dragon Ball GT figures are slightly more expensive and harder to find than the first figures in the Dragon Ball Z collection, probably because the series was not as successful as its predecessor and fewer units were sold. There are no known variants of this figure.
Super Android 17 is an upgrade of Dr. Guero's Android 17. He appears as a villain in the Dragon Ball GT anime, but ends up being defeated by Son Goku in his Super Saiyan 4 form.
