This figure is part of the third wave of figures from the vintage Masters of the Universe collection launched by Mattel in 1984.
The Fisto figure has an "Action Feature" in which, when you raise his arm, he strikes with his giant fist.
It was produced in different countries and there may be slight changes in color tones, but there are some Mexican, French, and even Spanish variants where the sword is replaced by a Katana like Jitsu's but in a different color.
This figure was also sold in a pack together with Stridor.
Fisto is a powerful warrior with a bionic fist capable of crushing anything. He was originally a mercenary under Skeletor's command, but He-Man convinces him to join the Masters of the Universe.
He is also considered a great rival of the evil karateka Jitsu. In some versions of the Masterverse, Fisto is even described as the older brother of Man-At-Arms.
