Biker Scout is part of the sixth wave of figures from the Star Wars Vintage Collection produced by KENNER in 1983; this wave was the first to feature characters from the movie *Return of the Jedi*.
These figures were reissued several times and sold in different countries, so it’s common to find variations in the packaging; the first editions (65-back) are the most sought-after by collectors.
The Biker Scout, also known as the Scout Trooper, is a type of Imperial soldier. These soldiers are part of the Galactic Empire's Reconnaissance Infantry and are recognizable by their distinctive black-and-white uniforms and their fast motorcycles, known as Speeder Bikes.
Biker Scouts are known for their mobility and speed across varied terrain, making them excellent scouts and ambushers. They appear in "Return of the Jedi" while patrolling the forest on the moon of Endor. Their appearance in the film includes memorable Speeder Bike chase scenes.
