Dr. Luther Paradigm is the main antagonist of the Street Sharks, a brilliant genetic engineer, attempts to turn all of humanity into loyal mutants and thus dominate the world. He is the creator of Slobster and Slash, suffers an accident in one of his genetic experiments, when he tries to crossbreed human DNA with that of piranhas, turning himself into a half-piranha mutant named Dr. Piranoid.
