The Thundercats line was distributed in many countries, so the Hachiman figure can be found in various blister packs, some featuring the "free Mumm-ra" promotion and others without. Like the rest of the Thundercats figures, this one comes with an "Action-feature" that, when a lever on its back is activated, moves its arms up and down, mimicking its katana strike.
Hachiman is a samurai warrior from the Planet of the Red Sun. He has a mechanical steed named Doji-Kage and a magical katana called the Thunder-Cutter.
Mumm-Ra once told him that the Thundercats were evil invaders, and he set out to destroy them. Later, Lion-O convinced him that they are good, and he switched sides to help them fight the mutants.
