Big Slammu, from "Street Sharks - Hand Sharks" collection, includes the following accessories:
Big Slammu was one of five puppets released as part of the "Hand Sharks" collection created by MATTEL in 1994. Two versions of this figure were produced, with slight changes to the box (the figure itself is the same): one features a more enclosed box with a front panel, and the other a more open and sturdy box.
We believe MATTEL decided to release the second box design because, in the first one, the flapping cardboard parts bent very easily.
Before his transformation, Coop Bolton is a strong young man who plays American football; after transforming, he becomes a whale shark and takes the name Big Slammu. He is the strongest and most muscular of the four main characters, with the ability to strike the ground and make it shake.
