This accessory is part of the collection of figures“Bravestarr” produced by MATTEL in 1986, these figures are based on the characters of the animated series of the same name.
The laser accessories are battery operated, and through infrared light can “shoot” each other and activate other accessories with laser functionality, many of them come with a reflective target for target practice.
Bravestarr figures were noticeably larger than many other toy lines of the time, such as He-Man or G.I. Joe action figures, which made them stand out for their size. In addition, BraveStarr figures included multiple points of articulation and various accessories that complemented their futuristic, Old West-style features.
