The figure of Flash is part of the first wave of figures in the collection of the Super Powers produced by the toy company KENNER between 1984-1986.
Being a figure of the first wave, this was reissued in later years, however, in its first edition with the cardboard “12-back” is the most sought after among collectors, this carton contains the image on the back of the first twelve figures in the collection.
As with the rest of the figures in the line of the Super Powers, the figure of Flash comes with a “Action-feature“. Squeezing the figure’s arms the legs move as if it were running.
Flash is the name of several superheroes appearing in U.S. comic books published by DC Comics. Created by writer Gardner Fox and artist Harry Lampert, the original Flash first appeared in Flash Comics #1 of 1939.
All incarnations of Flash possess “superspeed,” which includes the ability to run, move and think extremely fast, use superhuman reflexes and seemingly violate certain laws of physics.
