Dedeye / Yungstar are part of the second wave of figures in the collection Dino-Riders, these figures were sold in packs of two following the first wave, with one character of the good guys (Valorians) and one of the bad guys (Rulons).
This collection was created by TYCO, but multiple different toy companies distributed it around the world, so we can find these figures with different cartons depending on the country of origin, even sometimes the name of the characters could change.
In Italy they were called Troilus / Yungstar.
