Sludj / Mind-zei are part of the second wave of figures in the Dino-Riders collection. These figures were sold in packs of two, following in the footsteps of the first wave, with one character from the good guys (Valorians) and another from the bad guys (Rulons).
This collection was created by TYCO, but multiple toy companies distributed it around the world, so we can find these figures with different packaging depending on the country of origin, and in some cases even the names of the characters could change.
In Italy, they are called Vandal / Minzei.
