The ICE VIPER (v1) action figure was introduced as part of the sixth series in 1987. This vintage G.I. Joe collection piece was initially released exclusively bundled with the Cobra WOLF (Winter Operational Light Fighting) Vehicle.
This figure was made available via mail-order from Hasbro Direct, and leftover stock was distributed at the 1993 G.I. Joe Convention, offering collectors another opportunity to acquire this unique figure.
