The Jurassic Park action figure line launched by KENNER in 1993 accompanied the release of the original film and became a classic among collectible toys of the 1990s.
The collection included articulated figures of human characters, vehicles, accessories, and a wide variety of dinosaurs with realistic details and special features, such as sounds or attack movements.
With their iconic packaging and design faithful to the film, these action figures have become highly sought-after collectibles for fans and those nostalgic for the franchise.
Following the success of the first wave of figures, Kenner decided to release a second series of dinosaurs. Some of these pieces were simply repaints of Series 1, sometimes with additional accessories, while other figures were completely new and exclusive to Series 2. The numbering of the dinosaurs followed the established sequence (JPXX), although there is no complete list, as certain models were never released.
