Character

Shocker, whose real name is Herman Schultz, is a recurring villain in the Spider-Man universe, created by Stan Lee and John Romita Sr. He made his first appearance in "The Amazing Spider-Man" #46 in 1967.

Schultz is a talented engineer and inventor who, after being imprisoned for his criminal activities, designs a pair of special gloves that emit powerful compressed air vibrations capable of generating devastating shock waves. These gloves allow him to destroy objects, knock down opponents, and carry out robberies with lethal efficiency.

With his padded suit protecting him from his own vibrations, Shocker becomes a formidable enemy for Spider-Man. Although he lacks the brute strength or madness of other villains, Schultz is a pragmatic and calculating criminal, motivated more by money than by revenge or conquest.
