Space Jam is a film produced by Warner Bros. in 1996, The film blends real-life characters with the Looney Tunes cartoons; the star of the film was none other than Michael Jordan, arguably the most influential athlete of all time.
The movie is about alien bugs that come to earth to abduct and enslave the characters of the Looney Tunes, They manage to trick them into playing a game of basketball (since the aliens are very short). Once the conditions are accepted, the aliens steal the skills of the best NBA players and thus become monsters that completely dominate the game. But the Looney Tunes succeed in convincing Michael Jordan to play for his team in order to win the game.
The movie was a huge hit around the world, as it brought together the world-famous Looney Tunes with none other than Michael Jordan. In 2021, a sequel was released, this time featuring LeBron James, who was poised to dethrone Jordan as the greatest basketball player of all time.
