Evil Draxx, is a villain exclusive to the figure line, as he never appeared in the animated series. This piece is part of the latest wave of the collection by Street Shark and one of the most difficult to obtain, just like the rest of the figures in this wave. Its accessories are especially difficult to see.
In 1996 MATTEL decided to change the packaging of the figures from cardboard boxes to blister packs, and this figure is proof of that. Due to the short run of this wave, it will cost a lot of money to get this piece complete or in blister packs.
