Repteel was Dr. Piranoid's second attempt to create a rival for the Street Sharks using a human test subject. Mr. Cunneyworth voluntarily allowed Dr. Piranoid to fuse his genetic code with that of a moray eel and an electric eel. Repteel feeds on electricity and shoots miniature eels from his hands.
There are no known variants of this figure; the fact that it has three missiles that fire via its "action feature" makes it difficult to find, since those are always the first accessories to go missing.
