Radical Bends is a genius at Fission University, even though he’s just as much of a prankster as Streex and Jab. He’s been the Street Sharks’ best friend even before they became mutant sharks, and he supplies them with their motorcycles and other gear.
There are no known variants of this figure; it is the only non-mutant character figure, and likely the cheapest in the entire collection.
