Lieutenant Leo's Bodacious Buggy is a vehicle released in 1992 to accompany the action figures from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collection.
For this vehicle, PLAYMATES reused the same molds they had used a year earlier for the Hideous Hovercraft from the Toxic Crusaders line. You can even see the "Troma Inc." logo on the bottom.
