Surfer Leo with Mondo Mutant Surfer Tube is a vehicle released in 1994 to accompany the action figures from the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles collection.
It appears that the production run for the vehicles released that year was somewhat shorter than usual, as all the 1994 pieces are significantly rarer than the rest, making them harder and more expensive to find.
The figure included in this pack uses the same mold as Mike – Sewer Surfer, but in this case, the colors were changed to make it Leonardo; the figure in this pack alone is already a highly sought-after and hard-to-find item.
