Headdroppin' Raph is part of the "Headdroppin" sub-line; these figures are notable for their "Actio-feature," which allows them to tuck their heads into their torsos and, by activating their legs, make their heads pop out suddenly.
These figures were released in Europe with packaging different from the American version, and years later they were re-released under the "Ninja Power" line, so this figure can be found with various types of packaging.
In Raphael's case, the accessories in the "Ninja Power" version were a different colour.
