This figure is part of the Mutation vintage sub-line; these figures are notable for their ability to transform.
By moving its joints, the figure can transform from its normal state into an alternate form.
All Mutation figures were originally released packaged in a box; years later, a reissue was released within the Ninja Power sub-line, where the packaging was changed to the typical cardboard + bubble wrap.
In theory, Mutatin' April should exist within the Ninja Power line (as advertised on the cardbacks), but I haven’t been able to find any photos of that figure in blister packaging.
Mutatin' April has a color variant on one of its accessories; some pieces are known to have maroon claws, while others have silver claws.
