This figure is part of the Mutation vintage sub-line; these figures are notable for their ability to transform.
By moving its joints, the figure can transform from its normal state into an alternate form.
All Mutation figures were originally released packaged in a box; years later, a reissue was released within the Ninja Power sub-line, where the packaging was changed to the typical cardboard + bubble wrap.
In theory, Mutatin' Rahzar should exist within the Ninja Power line (as advertised on the cardbacks), but I haven’t been able to find any photos of that piece in blister packaging.
There is a known variant in one of Mutatin' Rahzar's accessories; the weapon can be found in maroon or silver.
