Rock-N-Roll Michaelangelo, one of the four main turtles in the series, like the rest of the “wacky action” figures, features a wind-up mechanism; in this case, his right arm spins, so when you place one of his accessories in that hand, it makes him spin.
There are no known variants of this figure, only slight changes to the blister pack depending on the distribution location.
