Sewer-Swimmin Donatello, like the other “wacky action” figures, features a wind-up mechanism; in this case, his legs kick like a swimmer’s, and supposedly, with the torpedo, you could put him in water, where he would float and swim forward.
There are no known variants of this figure, only slight changes to the blister pack depending on the distribution location.
