Sword-Slicing Leonardo, one of the four main turtles in the series, like the rest of the “wacky action” figures, features a wind-up mechanism. In this case, his right arm spins to simulate a downward sword strike, so you can attach any of his weapons to the arm, and when you wind it up, it looks like he’s striking with it.
There are no known variants of this figure, only slight changes to the blister pack depending on the distribution location.
