Toxie is the protagonist of the Toxic Crusaders series. Young Melvin is the victim of a prank and falls into a vat of radioactive waste, transforming him into Toxie, a hideous creature with super strength. Good-natured Melvin decides to use his superpowers to fight evil and bring peace to Tromaville.
