This figure belongs to the Toxic Crusaders PVC figure collection, manufactured by the Spanish company YOLANDA.
YOLANDA specialized in the production of PVC figures measuring approximately 10 cm, based on characters from various franchises. These types of figures were very popular in Spain during the 1980s and 1990s and were officially licensed.
On the second-hand market, it is possible to find variants of these figures without paint (single color), as YOLANDA also manufactured them for food product promotions.
Psycho is Dr. Killemoff's assistant and right-hand man. He is a deranged cyborg with a large mechanical eye and a maniacal laugh. Although he is clumsy and somewhat incompetent, he faithfully follows his boss's orders in his fight against the Toxic Crusaders and the defense of pollution.
