The Red Tornado figure is part of the second wave of figures in the Super Powers collection produced by toy manufacturer KENNER between 1984 and 1986.
This figure was distributed in several countries, so there are some differences in the blister packs. Some editions included a comic book or different offers such as the Clark Kent figure or Superman's cape.
Like the other figures in the collection, the Red Tornado figure had an "Action Feature" in which when you squeeze his arms, his legs spin as if they were a tornado ;).
