Bruce Wayne, is the public identity of the enigmatic vigilante known as Batman. As one of the richest and most powerful men in Gotham City, Bruce Wayne is seen by the public as a philanthropist, a successful businessman and a carefree playboy. However, this facade belies the deep pain and determination that drives him to fight crime as Batman.
After witnessing the murder of his parents as a child, Bruce vows to dedicate his life to protecting Gotham and preventing others from suffering as he did.
