The figure of Clark Kent is part of the free figure promotion that was included in many of the figures in the first two waves of the Super Powers.
Buyers of the figures could send 5 proofs of purchase of these figures to the KENNER toy company, and the company would mail them the figure of Clark Kent, inside a white box and a plastic bag.
This figure was also supposed to be part of the fourth wave of the collection, but it was never released.
Clark Kent, best known for his superhero character Superman, is the name he uses to pass himself off as human to hide his superpowers. Superman pretends to be a regular reporter with glasses.
