The Cobra Missile Command Headquarters is a notable vintage G.I. Joe collectible, originally released in late 1982 and 1983 as a Sears Exclusive. Today, it is considered a Holy Grail item among G.I. Joe collectors, particularly when found complete and in excellent condition.
This boxed playset included a filecard holder and three Cobra action figures: Cobra (v1), Cobra Commander (v1), and Cobra Officer (v1).
Complete examples are especially difficult to find, as the cardboard components of the playset are prone to wear, creasing, tearing, and other damage over the decades. Finding the cardboard pieces in truly good condition can therefore be a significant challenge.
