Scarlett (v1) is a landmark figure, holding the title of the first female character in the G.I. Joe team. Released by Hasbro in 1982 as part of Series One, she is a prominent member of the "Original Sixteen." Like all early figures, this version features the original straight-arm construction.
As a Counter Intelligence officer and martial arts expert, Scarlett is famous for her signature red hair and tan and blue uniform. Standing at the classic 3 3/4" scale, this figure was a trailblazer in the 80s and remains one of the most iconic pieces for vintage G.I. Joe collectors.
Variants:
Scarlett (v1) features the classic production variations of 1982, with units found with either thick or thin thumbs. Following the line's evolution, the 1983 re-release (often called version v1.5) replaced the original straight-arms with swivel-arm articulation and updated the mold's date stamp from "1982" to "82-83."
