As the face of G.I. Joe: A Real American Hero, Duke enjoyed massive international distribution, which has led to a wide variety of packaging in different languages and regional editions with slight modifications, making him the most coveted figure for any collector of Hasbro’s golden age.

Equipment and Accessories: Early mail-order versions included a U.S. flag sticker for the arm and a helmet without holes (retail versions have helmets with holes). His green accessories come in two shades.
Mold and Paint: There are two types of hair sculpts (one smoother and one more detailed) and variations in pant color (matte green versus vibrant green).
Arms and Waist: Although most have rolled-up sleeves, there are rare versions with long sleeves (using 1983 molds like Grunt or Snake Eyes) and variations in the waist piece.
