The Wild Weasel (v1) action figure was introduced in 1984 as part of the third series of G.I. Joe releases. This vintage figure was initially available exclusively with the Cobra Rattler vehicle.
International releases of the Wild Weasel figure exhibit some unique characteristics. Certain versions released globally feature a 1988 date stamp, differing from the original 1984 stamp. This occurred after the figure's mold was repurposed for the Sky Striker and subsequently re-utilized for additional Wild Weasel production.
In the United Kingdom and Europe, the figure was rebranded as 'Red Wolf' and packaged with the Roboskull vehicle.
Furthermore, Funskool in India distributed a carded Wild Weasel in 2002.
