Baxter Stockman was a scientist who worked as a humble inventor before being recruited by Shredder. He served as the evil ninja master’s henchman until a horrific incident transformed him into a fly-like mutant.
This figure has been reissued several times and can be found in various box sets and blister packs; the most valuable of these editions remains the first one from 1989. In one of these reissues, the color of the "turtle-killer" weapon—originally brown—was changed, and the variant features the weapon in the same color as the weapon’s mechanism: a grayish blue.
