Conceived by a marine biologist and a manta ray, Ray Fillet emerged from a toxic sewer pipe only to discover he was super strong and super slimy. He sometimes helps the turtles on their missions.
There are no known variants of this figure, but it has been reissued on occasion, so we can find it with different packaging and blister packs; the most sought-after among collectors is, obviously, the first version from 1990.
