The Major Disaster figure is one of nine figures released by PLAYMATES in 1991 featuring characters from the Toxic Crusaders animated series. There are no known variants of this piece, although the cardboard packaging may differ on the back depending on the country of distribution.
Major Disaster was a soldier who was in a wild field during a training exercise. He fell into a radioactive swamp and emerged with the ability to control vegetation and plant life. He then met Nozone and learned about Melvin's mutation, and the pair left for Tromaville to join the Toxic Crusaders.
