Captain Planet – Tornado is part of the collection of figures based on the “Captain Planet” animated series released during the 1990s.
This figure was released by the toy companies TIGER TOY in America and KENNER in Europe, so we can find it with cartons in different languages, but the figure is unchanged.
Capitán Planeta is the hero and main protagonist of the 90’s animated series “Captain Planet and the Planeteers”.
He is created by the five elements of the Magic Rings that Gaia (the spirit of the earth) had invented. The elements used to create it are Earth, Fire, Wind, Water and Heart.
These rings are carried by five courageous children known as the Planeteers: Kwame, Wheeler, Linka, Gi and Ma-ti, with the union of these five powers they can summon Captain Planet to help them in the fight against evil and pollution of the planet.
