Chopper: A ruffian who uses a chain as a weapon, and every time he uses it he emulates a particular sound with his voice, as if he were accelerating a motorcycle. He is characterized as mentally unstable, with almost psychopathic traits, and sometimes appears driving a three-wheeled motorcycle.
